a. Information you provide us
When you fill in forms (e.g., create an account, request a demo, use the chatbot, send messages) you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company information, lead data, message content, etc.
When you interact with our chatbot, email/SMS campaigns, or outreach platforms, we will collect the communications, responses and metadata (timestamps, status, etc).
If you import leads (e.g., into GoAuto Pulse), you may provide data about third-party contacts, subject to your compliance with applicable data-protection laws (see Section 9).
b. Information we automatically collect
Usage data: your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, interactions with our Services.
Cookies, web beacons, pixels and similar tracking technologies may be used to collect data about how you use our websites, how campaigns perform, etc.
Device or campaign-related metadata (for example, in email/SMS campaigns: open/response rates, deliverability, conversation records).

We may receive information about you (or your leads) from third-party partners, integrations, publicly available sources or advertising networks.

We do not use your data to train generalized AI models beyond the scope of your use of our service unless explicitly stated and consented.

With service providers, vendors and contractors who perform services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, communications, campaign platform, AI engine etc) under contract and confidentiality obligations.
